Division Secretary
Division: Finance Division
Location: Berjaya Times Square
Responsibilities

  • Provides secretarial & administration support to CxO and second lines including travel arrangements, maintaining CxO's calendar and expense reports, visitor management.
  • Prepares correspondence, reports, materials for publications, presentations, meetings.
  • Organizes & coordinates conferences, events, meetings & appointments.
  • Creates, transcribes, distributes meeting agenda & minutes.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree of any field / Private Secretarial Certificate or Office Administration.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good working knowledge (Intermediate level) of MS Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
