Executive/Senior Executive – Service Centre
Division: Marketing Division
Location: Berjaya Times Square
Key Accountabilities

  • To provide excellent service (face-to-face) to build and enhance good relationship with all our customers
  • Proactively present and sell products to all walk-ins
  • Identify and resolve walk-in customer inquiries/issues accurately
  • Strong customer service mindset with good communication and excellent problem solving skill
  • Cross-selling (devices & rate plan)
  • Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player
  • To adhere standard operating procedure as required

Key Experiences and Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM
  • Fluent in conversing English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance
  • Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts
  • Comfortable working on weekends
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a service center are also encouraged to apply – Full training will be provided
