Claims will be valid as long as the U Care Plus 8 subscription is still valid and payment has been cleared.

U CARE PLUS 8 is a mobile device protection plan provided by U Mobile.
U CARE PLUS 8 covers accidental damage and liquid damage up to RM 1,000.
No, U CARE PLUS 8 does not cover theft and loss of mobile devices.
The coverage is underwritten by Berjaya Sompo Insurance.
It is only RM 8 per month and you can enroll for this plan if you are an existing U Mobile postpaid subscriber or if you sign up as a new postpaid subscriber today.
Yes, you can choose to purchase this plan at only RM 88 for full 12 months coverage instead of the full price of RM 96. It means you will enjoy one month of free cover if you sign up for 12 months up front today.
There is no hidden cost. However, there will be an excess fee due in the event of a claim. The excess fee is only payable upon the approval of a particular claim.
