Who is eligible to participate in this promotional campaign?
Participation is open to all U Mobile Postpaid & Prepaid Mobile customers (Principle and supplementary line holders) except the following group of customers:
  1. U Mobile’s permanent and/or contract employees and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).
  2. U Mobile’s dealers.
  3. Representatives, employees and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organizers.
  4. MSISDN registered under the company’s name.
  5. MSISDN registered under the corporate account.
  6. Non-Malaysian citizens holding a foreign Passport.
  7. U Mobile’s VIP & VVIP customers.
I am a prepaid customer. Can I participate in this promotional campaign?
Yes.
I am a foreigner, can I participate?
No, this promotional campaign is only open to Malaysian citizens who hold a Malaysian I.C. and/or Malaysian Passport. Non-Malaysian I.C. or passport holders may still use Self Care or MyUMobile app to update their account profile, but will not be eligible to win the prizes offered.
What are the mechanics to participate in this promotional campaign?
This promotional campaign is open to all U Mobile active postpaid and prepaid customers. To participate, customers will need to update or confirm their account profile information via Self Care or MyUMobile app.
    How to Update Profile Information via Self Care:
    Step 1: Register and/or log-in to the U Mobile Self-Care portal.
    Step 2: Update and/or confirm your profile information:
    • Click on “Manage Account”
    • Click on “Contact Details”
    • Click on “Edit Contact Details” to update your profile with valid and current personal and contact details.
    • Click on “Save Contact Details” to confirm your update.
    How to Update Profile Information via MyUMobile app:
    Step 1: Download and/or log-in to MyUMobile app.
    Step 2: Update your profile information:
    • Tap on the ‘settings’ icon at the top of the sidebar
    • Tap on “Edit Profile”
    • Tap on “Edit” to update your profile with valid and current personal and contact details
    • Tap “Submit” to confirm your update
Is there an age limit to participate in this promotional campaign?
All participants must be 18 years of age and above.
Am I eligible to participate if I am a new customer?
Yes. You are eligible as long as you are an active U Mobile Prepaid Mobile or Postpaid Mobile customers.
How can I participate in this promotional campaign?
Simply update or confirm your profile information via U Mobile Self-Care or MyUMobile App to participate in this campaign.
Do I need to download MyUMobile app to participate in this promotional campaign?
You do not need to download MyUMobile App to participate. However, winners of the weekly GSC e-vouchers will need to log in to MyUMobile App for voucher redemption.
How do I qualify to participate in this promotional campaign?
You are qualified as long as you are an active U Mobile Prepaid or Postpaid customers.
Are there any charges to participate in this promotional campaign?
No, customers will not be charged for participating in this campaign.
