Who is eligible to participate in this promotional campaign?
Participation is open to all active U Mobile postpaid subscribers who hold individual account (corporate account not included) and uses the MyUMobile app during the Promotion Period (22nd February 2017 – 22nd April 2017) to pay their bills for the first time.
What are the mechanics to participate in this promotional campaign?
This promotional campaign is open to all U Mobile active postpaid subscribers.
To participate in this Promotion you must:
  1. download and install the App from Apple Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device;
  2. log in to the App with your 6-digit self-care pin.
  3. perform bill payment of your postpaid bill of a minimum sum of RM30.00 by using the “Bills & Payments” feature on the App. Each successful bill payment will be considered an entry. No entry form is required.
*Applicable for first-time app users only.
Is there an age limit to participate in this promotional campaign?
All participants must be 18 years of age and above.
Am I eligible to participate if I am a new customer?
Yes. You are eligible as long as you are an active U Mobile Postpaid subscriber
How can I participate in this promotional campaign?
Simply pay your bills via MyUMobile App under “Bills & payments” to participate in this campaign.
Do I need to download MyUMobile app to participate in this promotional campaign?
Yes, you are required to download and login to MyUMobile app to participate. Besides, winners of the weekly GSC movie tickets will need to log in to MyUMobile App for voucher redemption.
What is the duration of this promotional campaign?
The campaign will run from 22nd February 2017 until 22nd April 2017.
What are the prizes offered for this promotional campaign?
  1. FREE GSC Movie e-Tickets (14,000 e-tickets to be given away)
    • In order to receive the e-tickets, participants must:
      1. be able to login to MyUMobile App
      2. be among the first 120 daily participants to make bill payment of RM 30 and above and
      3. GSC Movie e-tickets will be pushed into your MyUMobile app
How do I know if I have won?
All winners will be notified via SMS. If no response is received, then U Mobile reserves the right to disqualify the winner and forfeit the prize and the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against U Mobile on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
Am I still eligible to participate if I exceed my credit limit or if my line is barred?
Your U Mobile line has to be active within the contest period. If you have exceeded your credit limit or if your line is barred, then you are advised to settle any outstanding amount before participating.
