No, customers will not be charged for participating in this campaign.
You are qualified as long as you are an active U Mobile Prepaid or Postpaid customers.
Weekly smartphones winners will be determined based on a first-to-update basis. For each campaign week, the first two participants to successfully update their profile information via Self-Care or MyUMobile App will win the weekly smartphones offered (1st Prize and 2nd Prize). The subsequent first four hundred (400) updates of the week will receive the GSC e-vouchers.
All winners will be notified via email and a current and valid email address is required in order to claim their prizes. The notification email will contain a code and a five digit number. Winners will need to SMS the code to the five digit number to claim their prizes within three (3) business days of receiving the notification email. If no response is received, then U Mobile reserves the right to disqualify the winner and forfeit the prize and the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against U Mobile on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
All participants must be 18 years of age and above.
Yes, a representative may collect the prize with an authorisation letter from the winner.
In the event a winner fails to collect his or her prize within 30 days after collection notification, he or she waives any and all claims to that prize which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of U Mobile.

Participation is open to all U Mobile Postpaid & Prepaid Mobile customers (Principle and supplementary line holders) except the following group of customers:
- U Mobile’s permanent and/or contract employees and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).
- U Mobile’s dealers.
- Representatives, employees and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organizers.
- MSISDN registered under the company’s name.
- MSISDN registered under the corporate account.
- Non-Malaysian citizens holding a foreign Passport.
- U Mobile’s VIP & VVIP customers.
You do not need to download MyUMobile App to participate. However, winners of the weekly GSC e-vouchers will need to log in to MyUMobile App for voucher redemption.
