P78 & P98 PLAN UPGRADE SPECIAL OFFER (WITH AIRASIA BIG POINTS) –ENTERPRISE CAMPAIGN FAQ

Customers who receive the upgrade offer directly from U Mobile. Ideally, this encompasses customers who meet ALL the following criteria:

  • Existing B Group customers (CI) who are not currently under P78 or P98
  • *Customers who are already on P78 (with LOS > 4 mths), they can upgrade to P98
  • LOS > 4 months
  • No binding contract
  • Existing B Group CI customer
  • No outstanding payment

You must upgrade to P78 or P98 plan via enterprise Account Managers.
Only customers who successfully upgrade during the campaign period will receive the reward two (2) months after the campaign ends.

This offer will last until August 18th 2017 or until all points are given away (whichever comes first).

The points will be credited to your Air Asia BIG Shot ID account which you will need to provide to us before September 18th 2017.

Upon successful upgrade, you will receive an SMS which will inform you to provide us your Air Asia BIG Shot ID. If you do not have a BIG Shot ID, you will need to create one by clicking the link given in that SMS. You may create your BIG Shot ID account via the link provided to you.

The points will be credited to your BIG Shot ID account two (2) months after the campaign ends.
