U Mobile will never contact you for credit card details or account credentials. If you receive any suspicious email relating to the U Mobile Online Store from a domain than @u.com.my, kindly email us at online.store@u.com.my for clarification.

We advise customer to inspect their items upon receiving the order, and return any product which is incorrect or with damaged packaging to our delivery partner.

There shall be no shipping fee for returning defective handsets which cannot be switched on.

Once payment is processed, you cannot cancel or change your order.

U Mobile strictly observes a no refund policy. We strongly advise you to read our terms and conditions before you make payment.

If your handset cannot be switched on after accepting the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours from the time of goods received.
