International Roaming

International Roaming is a service where it allows you to use your mobile number to make and receive calls in countries or destinations while you are overseas.

To activate these services, please refer to the requirements below: 1. RM200 deposit 2. Documents required: * For Malaysian: Original copy of NRIC & Passport * For Foreigner: Original copy of Passport [RM200 deposit is mandatory regardless] Remarks: Passport copy need to be attached with passport details & signature page.

Yes, this will depend on the rate plan that you have subscribed for. However you are advised to settle your outstanding bill before you travel in order to avoid any interruption on your mobile line.

The treatment will be same as the principal/standalone postpaid subscriber.

If you can present the last two (2) months' bill* with the previous operator for roaming services usage which were paid on time, you are entitled to activate IDD & IR services without deposit. But if you have subscribed to auto-debit with U Mobile, you can request for IDD & IR activation without deposit. You do not need to present your previous operator bills. Note*: The owner name presented in the previous operator bills MUST be the same as registration name with U Mobile.

No subscription is required. Roaming services (IDD & IR) are pre-activated for all prepaid subscribers.

The stability of roaming services is subject to the local operator’s network. You may try moving to another area with a stronger signal and retry calling.
