No, you will not. For example, if you registered for a broadband plan in January and terminate the line in March, you will only receive the RM10/month rebate for January and February (RM20).
Your modem comes with one-year warranty. If you have a faulty modem, please visit the nearest ZTE Service Centre or Huawei Service Centre for replacement (pls check the manufacturer of your device). You may refer to your warranty card for the list of ZTE or Huawei Service Centres.

If you suspend and reinstate your line within the same billing cycle month, you will be entitled to the rebate. However, should you suspend your line for more than one billing cycle month and reinstate thereafter, all the remaining months of rebate will be forfeited
Your rebate will be reflected in your UM bill statement for first 10 months and yes, your monthly fee will be lower when the rebate is being paid out.
