Understanding your Postpaid Bill

The access fee represents a monthly commitment fee to U Mobile. For example, Hero P70’s access fee is RM70. Hence the monthly commitment fee will take effect from the month of activation followed by subsequent monthly billing period.

The access fee is charged based on the tax invoice date from month 2 onwards.

The initial access fee which was charged based on the month of the tax invoice date will be used to off-set the outstanding amount charged based on the invoice period. Shall there be any balance (overpaid), it will be refunded to you via cheque.

The first access fee (charged initially based on the month of the tax invoice date) will be used to off-set the outstanding amount charged based on the duration of the invoice period.
Any balance from the first access fee will be used to off-set the total charges for the new rate plan.
Thereafter, a new access fee based on the month of the tax invoice will be charged again.

The first access fee is charged based on the month of the tax invoice date and the second access fee is charged based on the invoice period.
