Main Account should be person in-charge to collect all fault USIM and replacement the faulty USIM can be done with Account Manager same process as today or customer can any of U Mobile Service center with replacement.Charges of RM 5 will incur to every USIM.

Yes, RM 1 fee will be charged for USIM Prepaid card. As for nano USIM it will be charge as well. Charging is same as nano USIM requirement across postpaid and prepaid.

No charged incurred to Main Postpaid Account. All transaction via corporate Self Care portal is non-chargeable.

As a Prepaid member, you will receive 4 types of notifications:

  • Acknowledgment if you wish to join the group
  • Successfully join enterprise group
  • Successfully removed from enterprise group
  • Air time credit has been successfully transfer into prepaid number account

As Main Account, you will receive 3 types of notifications: Successfully subscribed package Notification with username & password.

The rebate will be used to offset the bill for postpaid account. E.g. customer sign up for EPA15, it comes with RM 15,000 airtime credit, rebate of 10% (RM 1,500) will be deducted from monthly fee. Customer only required to pay net of monthly fee RM 13,500.
