No, you are not allowed to add users outside the U Mobile network into your KOM group.

You may enter the person’s full domain nickname, (e.g. Lara.robi) which contains the dot extension in the nickname field of the KOM screen and send the message as usual. The recipient will receive your KOM with your full domain name. E.g. Rita.um.

The dot extension is also called the user’s domain. It identifies the operator that the user belongs to. For instance, Lara.cel is a user from the Kolony service in Celcom. When a KOM or POKE message arrive from a non-U Mobile network, it will contain a dot extension identifying the operator. List of operators that currently support Klyqme:

  • .um – U Mobile Malaysia, Klyqme
  • .cel – Celcom Malaysia, Kolony
  • .robi – Robi Bangladesh, CIRCLE
  • .xl – XL Indonesia, Klyqme
  • .tsel – Telkomsel Indonesia, Klyqme
  • .ac – Aircel India, Klyqme
  • .dg – DiGi Malaysia, Klyqme

No, the Klyqme app is free to download. However, using the app will consume a small amount of data, either from your data quota or charged at RM0.20/MB for data usage. (All prices are exclusive of GST. For prepaid, GST has been paid upfront upon top up.)

Yes, the Klyqme app requires an active U Mobile SIM card.

No, this feature is not supported for inter-operator users at the moment.

They will see your full nickname with a dot-extension. E.g. If your U Mobile Klyqme nickname is Rita, your friend from another network will see you and address you as Rita.um.

No. All purchased stickers can be downloaded again for free when the app is reinstalled.

Enter star (*) followed by the dot extension of the operator in the Search screen. E.g. to search for friends in Kolony, Celcom, enter *.cel and press Search.
