No, there is no contract for all the broadband plans with device. Therefore, there is no termination fee or penalty charges.

Yes. Foreigner is required to pay RM100 deposit for any broadband plans.

You can sign up maximum of 5 Postpaid plans – 2 Postpaid broadband plan, 3 Postpaid voice plan.

Yes, your bill will be prorated if you subscribe broadband plan in the middle of the month. There will be no proration if you terminate the line or your line is suspended in the middle of the month.

You will receive 10 months of rebate upon registration, the rebate will reflect in your monthly bill statement.

You are still entitle to the rebate if your line is suspended and reinstate within the same billing cycle month. All rebate will be forfeited if your line is suspended for more than one billing cycle month and reinstate thereafter.

You will not get the rebate if you terminate the plan within the first 10 months of activation. E.g. you register a broadband plan in January and terminate the plan in March, you will only receive RM10 rebate for January and February.

You can purchase a booster plan via MyUMobile App or dial *118*2# from your phone to purchase a booster. You will always consume the booster data quota first, followed by the base plan quota or off-peak quota depending on time of the day you surf the internet.

You can download MyUMobile App to your phone, log in with your broadband number to monitor your data usage.
