General Prepaid FAQ (New)

Your free call days will follow the longest validity. For example, when you make a top up of RM30, you will be granted 30 days of free calls. But if you make another RM10 top up on the same day, your free calls validity will still be 30 days instead of 40 days.

Every RM1 reload gives you 1 day of free calls. If you top up RM10, you will get 10 free call days from the day you reload your account.

Maximum free call days is capped at 150 days.

Free call is strictly for domestic calls only.
