  • STEP 4 - Select the Unlimited Mobile Internet Plan that you want

Send <On UMI 20> or <On UMI 30> or <On UMI 38> or <On UMI 50> via SMS to 28118. Please ensure you have sufficient balance for successful activation.

Just perform a top up and subs will be able to enjoy data again.

The new benefit include that you have more Internet quota with every new UMI plan (500 MB for UMI 20, 1.5 GB for UMI 30, and 3GB for UMI 50), the BEST call rates (5.3 sen/30 sec ALL NET) and FREE Voice Minutes (20 mins for UMI 20, 30 mins for UMI 30, and 50 mins for UMI 50).

Your outgoing calls will be charged at 7 sen/30sec all-net. Alternatively, you may also renew your unlimited mobile internet plan to start enjoying free talk time again.

The free voice minutes to all network that comes with the new UMI bundles will be deducted first, no matter if you are calling a U Mobile number or other network.

If you have an active UMI plan and call a U Mobile number, charging precedence will be as follows:

  1. UMI Bundle
  2. Free Calls (15 mins/day)
  3. 7 sen/30 seconds voice calls
If you have an active UMI plan and call a number on other networks, charging precedence will be as follows:
  1. UMI Bundle
  2. 7 sen/30 seconds voice calls 

Your unused balance will be rolled over to your new bundle along with a new validity date, however the bundle has a max cap of:

UMI 20 - 40 mins
UMI 30 - 60 mins
UMI 38 - 300 mins & 60 SMS
UMI 50 - 100 mins

Any excess of minutes and SMS will be forfeited.
