Upon successful registration, you will receive a USSD confirmation. You will also receive a welcome email and your 6-digit PIN on the following day.

Please dial *113# to access the UMB, then select the option to replace your U Card. Enter your new U Card number and personal info to proceed.

If you are a prepaid customer, your U Card number will be displayed when you access the UMB by dialing *113#. You can then activate your card using the menu.

If you are a postpaid customer, you can get your U Card at any U Mobile store or apply through the U Card website at u.com.my/ucard. Your U Card will be mailed to your address within 14 working days. Once you have received your U Card, key in your 16 digit U Card number at u.com.my/ucard/registration to activate it.
