Postpaid Add-On Pack T&C
  1. Postpaid Add-on Pack is supplied according to the Terms of Service in our Postpaid Sign-Up Form. You must comply with those Terms of Service including our Fair Use Policy, Privacy Policy, the relevant Postpaid subscription plan and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the Terms), all which are available on
  2. Postpaid Add-on Pack is applicable for subscription by all Postpaid voice plans subscribers. It consists of U Talk Plus, Talk Plus, U SMS Plus and SMS Plus.
  3. Minutes and SMS bundled in Talk Plus and SMS Plus include calls and SMS made to local fixed line numbers and other mobile operator numbers. It excludes calls to special numbers/ premium numbers/ toll-free numbers.
  4. Postpaid Add-On Pack is valid within the month of purchase and will expire on the last day of the month
    Example: If subscriber purchases U Talk Plus on 17 January 2014, the entitlement of 100 minutes will expire on 31 January 2014. RM5 is charged and no pro-ration of fees is allowed
  5. Subscriber is only able to purchase another Add-on Pack if they have exhausted their current bundled voice minutes and/ or SMS in their Add-On Pack
  6. Subscriber’s base postpaid rate plan bundled free voice minutes and SMS will be consumed first (if any), followed by their Add-On Pack voice minutes and SMS
  7. The unutilized voice minutes or SMS will not be carried forward to the following month.
  8. Add-On Pack will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month, unless Subscriber unsubscribes to the service prior to that
  9. Add-On Pack voice minutes and SMS are not shareable between the Principal and Supplementary/ Member lines.
  10. With regard to the Plan, the Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that:
    • Any usage exceeding the Add-On Pack voice minutes or SMS will be charged at normal Pay-As-You-Use rates
    • All Add-On Pack voice minutes or SMS allocated are exclusively for domestic usage only. Roaming charges will apply for calls and SMS made outside of Malaysia
