Upon depleting the 2,000GB (5G) + 110GB (4G) of High-speed Data quota, the speed will be reduced to 512 Kbps. Users will be informed that they will be surfing at 512kbps until the plan expires.
There’s no quota limit for surfing at the reduced speed. The reduced speed still allows good user experience for video streaming on standard definition, social media apps, music apps, internet browsing, etc.
Reduced speed of 512kbps does not apply to the 10GB nationwide High-speed Data quota. Upon depleting the 10GB nationwide High-speed Data quota, your data usage will be taken from the next available plan you are actively subscribed to. If you do not have any active nationwide data plan, your data usage will be taken from the 1GB basic internet or PAYU (Pay As You Use) charges will be applied depending on your Prepaid rate plan.
Yes, you can. However, bear in mind that U Prepaid Borneo 20 is designed for use in Sabah, Sarawak, or Labuan. Refer to the scenarios below:

By subscribing to U Prepaid Borneo 20, you will be automatically entitled to enjoy U Mobile’s 5G network if you are within the 5G network area and have a 5G device.
If you are out of the 5G network area or do not own a 5G compatible device, you can continue to enjoy undisrupted 4G connectivity with U Mobile network.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed.
You will receive a friendly reminder (SMS) two days & a day prior to your auto-renewal date.
Yes. You will receive a SMS notification on your subscription status.
If your subscription failed to automatically renew, it could be because you have insufficient balance, or your account is in a passive period. The system will attempt to renew the subscription again after 24 hours.
Yes, you can dial *118# to manage your subscription service.
No, you will not be able to subscribe to U Prepaid Borneo 20 while your account validity status is Passive. Please top up to remain active to subscribe.
