You are required to make an advanced payment when you first sign up for a plan under the Broadband Loyalty Programme. The advance payment will be deducted against your first month’s bill statement and you are required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill statement. There amount is as follows: UBSIM MB40 (RM 40), UBSIM MB68 (RM 68) and UBSIM MB128 (RM 128)

The Broadband Loyalty Programme is available exclusively to these selected groups:

  • Existing Broadband customers subscribing to MB40, MB68 and MB128 with a tenure above 6 months.
  • Existing Postpaid Voice customers with a tenure above 6 months.

We may impose a cancellation fee of RM200 if you terminate your subscription (or if we terminate your subscription due to your non-compliance) prior to the agreed contract period.
