Pelan Pakej P-Hailing RAHMAH

The PELAN PAKEJ P-HAILING RAHMAH (“Package”) is provided by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) in collaboration with selected P-Hailing companies (“P-Hailing Provider”) and supported by the Ministry of Communications and Digital (“Ministry”) and is made available from 00:00:00 on 15 December 2023 until further notice (“Registration Period”).

The Package is open to all new and existing U Mobile subscribers who are:

Malaysians and at least 18 years of age; and
Registered riders of the participating P-Hailing Providers

(“Eligible P-Hailing Rider”).

The Eligible P-Hailing Rider with existing U Mobile Postpaid plan subscription with a contract or commitment period is not eligible for the Package.

This Package is subject to the Terms of Service of our Postpaid service. You must comply with those Terms of Service including our Privacy Notice, the relevant Postpaid subscription plan and these additional terms and conditions, (collectively, the “Terms”) all which are available on https://www.u.com.my.

We reserve the right to discontinue offering the Package, modify or otherwise change the Terms.

We reserve the right to reject any participation or subscription at our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

Pelan Pakej P-Hailing Rahmah

To participate, you must sign up for U Biz 38 / U Biz 68 / U Biz 98 postpaid plan during the Registration Period. You are required to provide a snapshot of your rider profile (from your P-Hailing mobile app) during registration.
Under the Package:
1. If you sign up for U Biz 38 plan, you will receive RM5 monthly access fee rebate for a period of 12 months from the activation of your U Biz 38; or
2. If you sign up for U Biz 68 or U Biz 98 plan, you will receive RM10 monthly access fee rebate for a period of 12 months from the activation of your U Biz 68 / U Biz 98.
3. The monthly rebate will be reflected in your monthly bill.
The Package is not subject to any commitment period.
A subscriber (holding one (1) NRIC) can only sign up one (1) Package:
1. If your existing U Mobile Postpaid plan includes ongoing rebates or promotions, they will not apply under this Package.
2. If you are an eligible existing subscriber, you are allowed to perform Change of Rate Plan (CRP) to sign up for the Package.
If you terminate for any reason or if we terminate your Package due to your default or if you downgrade your rate plan or change to another rate plan within the 12 months rebate period, your remaining monthly rebate will be forfeited.

Personal Data

By registering for the Package, our Privacy Notice, will apply. In addition to the Privacy Notice, you agree and consent to us, collecting, storing, using, processing and disclosing your personal data (which includes, but is not limited to, your name, NRIC and work ID details) to provide and disclose your personal data to the Ministry and its nominees, government departments and government agencies for purposes which are necessary or related to this Package including to validate and process the eligibility of your application to this Package.
You will not be able to participate in the Package if you do not agree and consent to the collection, storage, usage, processing and disclosure of your personal data. We will store your personal data in accordance with the data processing principles (including the Security Principle) in the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
You warrant and represent that:
1. The information submitted during the Package registration is true and complete; and
2. The documents provided for the purpose of the Package registration are valid and original documents.
