  1. The Campaign Period
    1. This Ong-beatable Prepaid CNY Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No.199101013657(223969-U) ("U Mobile") which will commence at 10:00am on 22 January 2025 and end at 11:59pm on 18 February 2025 ("Campaign Period").
    2. All entries received before or after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.
    3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”)

  2. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to selected Active Prepaid subscribers only who have received notification through any channels (SMS / UMB / eDM / MyUMobile App) from U Mobile (“Notification”). “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
    2. U Mobile employees, agencies, partners, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
    3. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
    4. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.

  3. Campaign Mechanics
    1. There are two (2) ways to participate in this campaign
      1. Non-App Users:
        1. Download MyUMobile App & receive Lucky e-Angpow Credits up to RM8.88!
        2. Spend a minimum of RM12 to qualify for a chance to win an iPhone.
      2. Existing App Users
        1. Perform a minimum RM20 purchase via Deals For U (Personalization) and qualify for a chance to win iPhones & various reward vouchers.
    2. When you’ve successfully completed the actions listed above, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign and will be in the running to win prizes. No entry form is required.
    3. The campaign weeks and dates is set out in the Table below:

Weekly Reward Voucher

  • Week 1: TGV Cinema RM5 Cash Voucher
  • Week 2: Zus Coffee RM5 Voucher

  • Week 4: llaollao RM5 Voucher
  • Every eligible 88th transaction will be chosen as the winner for weekly prize.
  • Capped at 1,000 winners per week, first-come-first served basis.

  1. U Mobile will notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward via SMS (“Reward Notification”). U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward.
  2. The Lucky e-Angpow Credit will be credited into the winners’ account instantly upon take up and will be valid for a period of 7 days.
  3. The Lucky e-Angpow Credit can only be utilized for Data Plans, SMS & Voice charges. If you do not use the reward within the period provided, the reward will automatically expire and any unused reward will be forfeited.
  4. The Weekly Reward Vouchers prizes will be credited into the winners’ account within seven (7) days from the end of the Campaign Period and will be valid for a period of 30 days.
  5. Each unique NRIC will be eligible to redeem only one (1) voucher each week during the Campaign Period.
  6. You must ensure that your Prepaid account is Active when the reward is credited to your account. All rewards will be forfeited if your Prepaid line is terminated or you port-out to another service provider.
  7. The prizes are given on “As Is” and “As Available” basis without express or implied warranty and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the prizes with another prize of similar value at any time without prior notice
  8. Any unredeemed voucher beyond the expiry date will be forfeited and deemed non-refundable.
  9. The reward is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part, and any prizes shown in U Mobile’s website, U Mobile Facebook page, MyUMobile app, advertisements and Contest materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
  1. Prize Fulfilment
    1. U Mobile will notify the grand prize winners of their entitlement to receive the prize via phone call or SMS or other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the prizes. The prizes may be given out as follows (subject to U Mobile’s sole discretion):
    2. The winner is required to provide a valid delivery address for the delivery of the prize. Failure to provide a valid delivery address after two (2) times of attempted delivery arrangement will result in the forfeiture of the prize. Any winner whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation. U Mobile may at its discretion revise the prize delivery arrangement.
    3. The participants must ensure that their U Mobile accounts remain active throughout the Campaign Period and until the issuance of prizes. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
    4. U Mobile reserves the right at its sole discretion to re-schedule any prize issuance without prior notice. The winners’ names may be published on U Mobile’s website, or any other method of communications U Mobile deems appropriate. Any prizes shown on U Mobile’s website, U Mobile’s social media pages, advertisements and Campaign materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.

  2. General
    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    3. All prizes or rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
      1. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.
      2. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
      3. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
