By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below ("Terms and Conditions").
This Campaign is open to all U Mobile subscribers who have received notification through any channels (SMS / UMB / eDM / MyUMobile app) from U Mobile (“Notification”).
U Mobile’s employees, agencies, partners, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.
To participate in this campaign, you must upgrade to U Postpaid 98 or U Family 128 during the campaign period to enjoy Travel Rewards.

The promotion is based on “first-come, first-served or while stocks last” basis. The reward is not transferable nor exchangeable and will only be issued to the winners as verified by U Mobile.
Any unredeemed voucher beyond the expiry date will be forfeited and deemed non-refundable.
The reward is given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the reward with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
The subscribers must ensure that their Postpaid account is Active and have no overdue bill during the Campaign Period and at the point of delivery or redemption of the rewards. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
Subscribers who downgrade their rate plan during the Campaign Period or at the point of delivery or redemptions of the rewards will no longer be eligible to enjoy the rewards.
The reward is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part, and any prizes shown in U Mobile’s website, U Mobile Facebook page, MyUMobile app, advertisements and Contest materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
By upgrading your current rateplan, you are agreeing to the Minimum Usage Term.
Minimum Usage Term is a 90 days period that begin when Postpaid customers change their sim-only plan to current selling plans. During this period, customers are not allowed to perform downgrade or change to Prepaid.
U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.

The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid and Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid and Postpaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid and Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
