I have multiple accounts. Can I see them all in the MyUMobile App?
Yes, you can view and manage your multiple postpaid, prepaid, & broadband lines . However, only verified ID types will be able to link multiple accounts via the MyUMobile App.
Once your accounts have been linked, kindly refresh your screen or logout and login again.
I am a Postpaid or Prepaid customer, how do I log in to the app?
Enter your MSISDN and perform an OTP verification.
Once your OTP is verified, you will be directed to the Homepage.
If you have more than one MSISDNs with U Mobile, you may perform steps in Q5.
I am a U Home 5G customer, how do I log in to the app?
If you are only subscribed to our broadband service, kindly follow these steps:
Key in your MSISDN, then proceed to login using your email address.
After, key in the details of your broadband susbscription. Note that you will need your IC/Passport number and your billing account number
Proceed to login using your email address and password
Once your password is verified, you will be directed to the Homepage.
If you have more than one MSISDNs with U Mobile, you may perform steps in Q5.
How can I check if my bill payment went through successfully?
To check if your payment has gone through successfully, go to the Bill Payment page and tap on ‘Bill Statement’.
Where can I see exciting Deals and My Vouchers?
Access the latest deals by tapping on Rewards & Promotions > Subscriber Rewards in the navigation menu. Your saved deals can be found under My Vouchers. Special Offers are exclusive deals reserved just for you. So, don’t miss out on these exclusives!
Can I access a different mobile number from MyUMobile App on my phone?
Yes, you can. As long as you have logged in before and validated the mobile no., you can log in with your chosen mobile no. and PIN at any time.
Do I need to be connected to the Internet to use the MyUMobile App?
Yes, you do.
Can I perform account linking/binding for multiple logins?
No, only one login is allowed to perform linking. The rest of the MSISDN logins will be treated as individual logins, but UHome5G will not be able to log in individually.
Can I create a mobile app login and still access the eShop?
Yes, you can. However, once deleted, you will not be able to access the MyUMobile App and eShop.
Can I create an eShop login and still access the mobile app?
Yes, you can. However if you are not a U Mobile susbscriber, you will be prompted to access the eShop instead when you're logged into the app. But if you are a U Mobile subsriber, you may login to the app and be directed to the Homepage.
Can I perform app account deletion?
Yes, you can.
