Pakej Rahmah Siswa is a special Prepaid offering intended for Malaysians to tackle the rising cost of living by easing connectivity needs for essential communication services. It aims to improve productivity and reduce connectivity cost for those who are in need, especially to help students during study and learning sessions.
The package is subject to Terms and Conditions by each participating Mobile Network Operator namely U Mobile, CelcomDigi, Maxis, Telekom Malaysia and YTL Communications.
You can enjoy 30GB of internet with Uncapped 5G/4G Speed for 180 days. With this package, you can stay connected and carry out your daily essential communications activities for education purposes, emails, instant messaging, web browsing, social media browsing etc.

Step 1: Launch the MyUMobile AppMyUMobile App & tap “Add-Ons”
Step 2: Go to “Others”, select 'Pakej Rahmah' and confirm your purchase.
Only subscribers on the new 5G-Ready Prepaid Rate Plan may view & subscribe to the Pakej Rahmah plan.
Older Prepaid Rate Plan subscribers (e.g., Unlimited FUNZ, Power Prepaid, Broadband service) need to first upgrade to the 5G-Ready Prepaid Rate Plan at a one-time fee of RM5 via MyUMobile AppMyUMobile App in order to view & subscribe to the Pakej Rahmah plan. You may follow the steps below.
Step 1: Launch the MyUMobile AppMyUMobile App & tap the menu bar button located at the top left corner.
Step 2: Click your plan name (e.g., Unlimited FUNZ, Unlimited Power, Power Prepaid) located below your name & mobile number
Step 3: Tap on Switch Plan
Step 4: Tap on Switch my Prepaid Plan and confirm your purchase.

Yes, the Pakej Rahmah plan is available to new and existing Prepaid service subscribers.
You can check your mobile network coverage in your area via this website https://jendela.my/map/ or alternatively, contact your existing service provider.
You can subscribe to any active selling Internet Data plan.
There is no limit to how many times you can subscribe to the Pakej Rahmah plan. However, you can only have 1 valid Pakej Rahmah plan subscription at any point in time.
You can subscribe to the Pakej Rahmah plan with any other operator regardless of the quota balance or pass expiry.
There is no usage limitation on the data allocated under the Pakej Rahmah plan. You can utilize the 30GB data for video streaming, hotspot, online gaming, or any mobile activity that consumes data. If the quota is not sufficient, you can opt to purchase any active selling Data plan.
You will not be able to use the 30GB Data anymore and can choose to resubscribe to the Pakej Rahmah plan or any active selling Internet Data plan to stay connected.
Yes, you can. However, please take note that your current Pakej Rahmah status may change.

| Daily and Weekly Plans | Any of these plans can co-exist with Pakej Rahmah. Your Daily or Weekly Plan Data will be utilised first until the quota is fully consumed or reaches its expiry, before data utilisation from Pakej Rahmah. |
Yes, you can. For repeat subscription, your data quota will stack, and its validity will be extended based on the latest subscription date.
Your active period will be extended based on the following scenarios:
a. Upon purchase, if your existing active period is less than 180 days = your active period will be extended by 180 days from date of purchase.
b. Upon purchase, if your existing active period is greater than or equal to 180 days = there will be no changes to your active period.
