  1. This “U Mobile CreditShare Top User Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (2239696-U) (“U Mobile”) and Sedania Technology Sdn Bhd Registration No. 200401002452 (640955-T) (“Sedania”) (collectively referred to as the “Organisers”). The Campaign commences at 18 September 2024 12:00 a.m.until 18 October 2024 11:59pm.
  2. Entries received after the Campaign Period will not be entertained.
  3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
  4. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to all Active prepaid U Mobile customers only. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
    2. The following group of persons shall NOT be eligible to participate in the Campaign:
      1. Employees of the Organisers including its affiliated and related companies; and
      2. U Mobile prepaid users who appear only as the recipient of the CreditShare i.e. the B-party users.
    3. The Organisers reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participants without assigning any reason.
    4. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardian to participate in this Campaign.
  5. Campaign Mechanics
    1. Participants in this campaign must be the donor of the CreditShare i.e. the A-party users (the “Participants”).
    2. The participants must perform a minimum of three (3) credit transfers using the CreditShare services within the Campaign Period.
  6. Prizes
    1. The top three (3) participants who make credit transfers using the CreditShare services the most within the Campaign Period will qualify as Winners (the “Winners”) and shall receive the Prizes (“Prizes”) listed below:

  1.  
    1. Total of three (3) winners will be selected for the entire campaign period.
    2. The Winners’ U Mobile account status must be active at the point of winner selection and at the point of prize delivery.
    3. Winners will be notified via SMS and MyUMobile App push notification (“Winner Notification”) on 30 October 2024.
    4. Winners will need to retrieve the Prizes via MyUMobile App. The Winners can then redeem and use the Prizes on the Shopee App.
    5. Each unique NRIC is eligible to win only ONCE during the Campaign.
    6. The prizes are given on “as is” basis. The Organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value at any time or change the number of prizes without prior notice.
    7. The Organisers shall not be liable for any claims or issues arising from the late redemption of vouchers. The Winners will not be entitled to make any claims against the Organisers if the vouchers have expired due to the late redemption.
    8. The Organisers reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the date of the Winners announcement, at any time without any prior notice.
  1. Disqualifications
    1. The Organisers reserves the absolute right to disqualify and/or exclude the Participants and/or revoke the Prizes if:
      1. The Participant breaches the Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Campaign or violated any applicable laws or regulations; or
      2. In the Organiser’s sole determination, it believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception
    2. In the event that a disqualification takes place after the announcement of the Winners, there will be no selection of replacement of the disqualified Winner.
    3. In the event that a disqualification takes place after the Prize has been awarded, the Organisers reserves the right to demand for the return of the Prize or payment of its equivalent value from the disqualified Participant.
  2. General
    1. The Organisers’ decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, it will be determined solely by the Organisers.
    2. The Organisers may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    3. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, the Organisers excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardian, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. By participating in this Campaign, all participants:
      1. Give consent for U Mobile to collect, record hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purpose which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
      2. Consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. Grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
    5. The subscription and use of U Mobile Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    6. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
