  1. This “DCB 2024 Year End Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (2239696-U) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 12.00 a.m on 19 November 2024 and ends at 11.59 p.m on 31 December 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
  2. All entries received before or after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified
  3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
  4. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to all Active U Mobile subscribers only. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
    2. U Mobile’s employees, agencies, partners, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
    3. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify participants without assigning any reason.
    4. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardian to participate in this Campaign.
  5. Campaign Mechanics
    1. In order to participate, you must spend a minimum of RM10 in each transaction during the Campaign Period on any of U Mobile’s direct carrier billing (“DCB”) partners’ service platform using U Mobile DCB service.
    2. Cumulative spend is accepted.
  6. Prizes
    1. One (1) eligible participant with the highest accumulated spend for each Campaign Week and have fulfilled the Campaign Mechanics specified in paragraph 5 will be shortlisted after the end of the Campaign Period.

    1. A total of six (6) eligible participants will be selected as the winners based on the highest accumulated spend as follows:
      1. 1 x iPhone 15 worth RM3,499 (The eligible participant with the highest accumulated spend)
      2. 2 x Apple Headphones worth RM2,499 per unit (The eligible participants with the 2nd and 3rd highest accumulated spend)
      3. 3 x Airpods Pro 2 worth RM1,099 per unit (the eligible participants with the 4th , 5th and 6th highest accumulated spend)
    2. The winner must have been a U Mobile customer of more than five (5) months’ tenure from the date of Postpaid or Prepaid activation.
    3. The winners will be notified via SMS and MyUMobile App push notification on 6 January 2025 or such other date determined by U Mobile.
    4. The winners must ensure that their U Mobile account is active during the Campaign Period until the issuance or delivery of prizes.
    5. The winner’s account must not be in default, blacklisted or suspended at the point of winner selection and prize delivery.
    6. All DCB transactions performed by the winners during the Campaign Period will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
    7. For prize delivery purpose, the winner is required to provide their valid address through the verification page in the MyUMobile App (Rewards page). No physical collection of the prize is allowed.
    8. Each participant is eligible to win only ONCE during the Campaign Period.
    9. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit of any kind. All prizes are subject to availability.
    10. The prizes are given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value at any time or change the number of prizes without prior notice without prior notice. U Mobile is not responsible for the merchantability of the prizes.
  1. General
    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, it will be determined solely by U Mobile.
    2. U Mobile reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any changes will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions on our website, and if you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately stop participating in the Campaign.
    3. All prizes are accepted solely at the participants' own risk. To the maximum extent allowed by law, U Mobile disclaims all liability associated with this Campaign. All participants, and in the case of those under 18 years of age, their parents or guardians, agree to release U Mobile from any and all liability, including negligence, for any personal injury or for any loss or damage incurred (including loss of opportunity). This includes any claims that may arise, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, as a result of participating in this Campaign.
    4. By participating in this Campaign, all participants: -
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purpose which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign.
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information, including their names and identities, as well as any general information that U Mobile deems appropriate about the participants in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
      3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use, and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
    5. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations, and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.
    6. The subscription and use of U Mobile Postpaid or Prepaid mobile services are governed by U Mobile’s standard Postpaid or Prepaid Terms and Conditions, as well as these Terms and Conditions where applicable. In case of any inconsistencies, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid or Prepaid Terms and Conditions will take precedence to the extent of the inconsistency.
    7. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
    8. In the event of any conflict between the English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
