TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR APPLE IPHONE 16 SERIES PRE-ORDER CAMPAIGN

1. The Apple iPhone 16 Pre-order Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 20:00:00 on 13 September 2024 and ends at 23:59:59 on 19 September 2024 (“Campaign Period”) or upon stock depletion, whichever comes first.
2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use and all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
3. Campaign Eligibility
   1. This Campaign is open to eligible existing and new U Mobile Postpaid subscribers.
   2. This Campaign is available in U Mobile Online Store at https://www.u.com.my/store only.
4. Campaign Mechanics
   1. To participate in this Campaign, you must:
      1. Pre-order an Apple iPhone 16 Series bundled with the U Postpaid 68 or 98 plan via U Mobile Online Store during the Campaign Period; and
      2. Remit the relevant charges for the pre-order, during the Campaign Period.
5. Reward
   1. Pre-Order Reward
      1. The 160^th, 320^th, 480^th, 640^th, 800^th, 960^th, 1120^th, 1280^th, 1440^th and 1600^th subscriber who completed the steps listed in paragraph 4(a) above will receive one (1) complimentary unit of Apple AirPods 2^nd Generation worth RM629.
      2. The 16^th, 32^nd, 48^th, 60^th, 72^nd, 84^th, 96^th, 112^th, 128^th, 144^th, 176^th, 192^nd , 208^th, 224^th, 240^th, 256^th, 272^nd, 288^th, 304^th,336^th, 352^nd, 368^th, 384^th, 400^th, 416^th, 432^nd, 448^th, 464^th, 496^th, 512^th, 528^th, 544^th, 560^th, 576^th, 592^nd, 608^th, 624^th, 656^th, 672^nd and 688^th subscriber who completed the steps listed in paragraph 4(a) above will receive one (1) complimentary unit of Apple AirTag worth RM149  (“Apple AirTag”).
      3. Each subscriber is only entitled to receive 1 unit of Apple AirPods 2^nd Generation or Apple AirTag.
   2. The rewards cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
   3. The rewards are given on “As Is” and “As Available” basis without express or implied warranty and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, in full or in part. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the rewards with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
   4. Your purchased devices, the rewards and U Mobile SIM card will be delivered from 20 September 2024 onwards. However, U Mobile reserves the right to extend the delivery schedule.
6. General
   1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
   2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is the participant’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if the participant do not agree to any of the changes, they must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
   3. All rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
   4. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
   5. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions, the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use and the Postpaid Terms and Conditions, the conflict will be resolved in the following order:
      1. the Postpaid Terms and Conditions;
      2. the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use; and
      3. these Terms and Conditions.
   6. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
   7. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
