  1. This ‘U Mobile X Maybank Reload Campaign’ (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd (Registration No: 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 00:00:00 on 31 August 2024 and ends at 23:59:59 on 31 October 2024 (“Campaign Period”). All entries received outside the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
  3. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to all U Mobile Prepaid subscribers.
    2. U Mobile’s employees and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
    3. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify participants without assigning any reason.
    4. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.
  4. Campaign Mechanism
    1. To participate in this Campaign, you must complete the following steps:
      1. You must perform a reload (“Reload”) and subscribe* to a Prepaid plan with a minimum value of RM35, such as UMI50, UMI36, GX38, GX43, U35, U40 or U50 (“Transaction”) via Maybank2u web or MAE app (“Maybank”); or
        *Subscription of any Prepaid plan can be performed via MyUMobile App or via UMB 118 within the Campaign Period.
      2. Alternatively, you may purchase a Prepaid plan with a minimum value of RM35, such as UMI50, UMI36, GX38, GX43, U Prepaid 35, U Prepaid 40 or U Prepaid 50 directly via via Maybank2u web or MAE app (“Prepaid plan purchase”) within the Campaign Period.
    2. No entry forms are required.
    3. Each successful Reload transaction with subscription to a U Mobile Prepaid plan qualifies for participation in this Campaign during the specified Campaign Month as set out in the tables below:

  1. Prizes and Fulfilment
    1. The participants who complete the steps listed in paragraph 4 above will be shortlisted based on the selection methods and will be entitled to win monthly prizes (“Prizes”) as set out in the following Table.

    1. The Prizes are further subject to the following terms and conditions (“T&C”):

      100% Cashback via Prepaid Credit’s T&C          
      1. The participant will receive Cashback equivalent to the amount of the U Mobile Prepaid plans purchased via Prepaid Credit.
      2. U Mobile will notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the Cashback via SMS.
      3. The Cashback will be credited into the participants’ Prepaid accounts (the same MSISDN used to perform the transactions).
      4. U Mobile will only make one (1) attempt to credit the Cashback to the participants’ Prepaid accounts. In the event that such attempt failed due to any reasons whatsoever, the Prizes will be forfeited.

      RM1000 Cuti-Cuti Malaysia Travel Voucher’s T&C
      1. The shortlisted participants will be required to answer one (1) question correctly. If the question is not answered correctly after two (2) attempts, OR if U Mobile is unable to contact the shortlisted participant after two (2) voice call attempts, he/she will be disqualified and the next shortlisted participant in sequence will be contacted.
      2. A digital travel voucher will be sent to the selected participants (via mediums that U Mobile deemed appropriate)
      3. The selected participant must then contact the travel agency via either of following medium to redeem their travel package:

        WhatsApp Message: 011-1639 8278
      4. The voucher is not refundable, not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
      5. The voucher MUST be redeemed and used by the selected participants (IC verification is required upon redemption).
      6. The voucher will only be eligible for the participants to redeem for local flight and local hotel only; other travel destinations will not be allowed.
      7. The participants may pay the difference at the time of booking if the amount exceeds the travel voucher; however, no refund will be entertained for purchase worth less than the travel voucher.
      8. The validity of the travel voucher is for twelve (12) months duration from date of issuance upon announcement of winners via U Mobile website.
      9. The travel voucher is only redeemable with travel agency named “Apple Vacations Sdn Bhd”.
      10. The original travel voucher must be presented upon redemption at Apple Vacations Sdn Bhd.
    2. You must ensure that your U Mobile Prepaid account is active during the Campaign Period and until the issuance of Prizes. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
    3. There is no limit on the entries or prizes for each participant for the Cashback Prize during the Campaign Period. However, each participant is only entitled to win one (1) Travel Voucher Prize for the entire Campaign Period.
    4. The Prizes are given on an "as is" basis and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, in full or in part. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with another voucher or an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.
    5. U Mobile reserves the right at its sole discretion to re-schedule any Prize issuance without prior notice. The winners’ names may be published on the U Mobile website or any other method of communications U Mobile deems appropriate. Any Prizes shown on U Mobile’s website, U Mobile’s social media pages, advertisements and Campaign materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
  1. General
    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants.  If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    3. All rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign.  All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
    5. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.
    6. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    7. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
    8. In the event of any conflict between the English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
