2. 24-Hour Roaming Passes are available to all U Mobile prepaid and postpaid subscribers (principal and member lines) except for U Mobile postpaid broadband subscribers.
3. The 24-Hour Roaming Passes cannot be transferred to any other mobile numbers.
4. 24-Hour Roaming Passes are provided according to the Terms of Service in our Postpaid Sign-Up Form or U Mobile Prepaid Terms and Conditions relevant to you. You must comply with those terms including the relevant service description, our Privacy Notice, the relevant postpaid or prepaid subscription plan and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms"), all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
5. We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change the Terms including the charges without notice to you. This overrides any requirement where we may have to give you notice in other parts of our agreement with you.
6. 24-Hour Roaming Passes cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.
7. 24-Hour Roaming Passes are available from 12 February 2025 until further notice.
    

Purchase and Activation

1. To enjoy 24-Hour Roaming Passes, you must:
   • Ensure that your international roaming service is activated before you travel; and
   • Connect to our preferred roaming operator’s network when you are roaming in eligible countries.
2. If you do not connect to any preferred roaming operator’s network, you will not be able to use the internet while on roaming.
3. 24-Hour Roaming RM15-Auto or 24-Hour Roaming RM38 - Auto (depending on your destination country) will be automatically purchased for you if:
   • Your international roaming service is activated;
   • You connect to a preferred roaming operator’s network;
   • You have not manually subscribed for 24-Hour Roaming RM15 or 24-Hour Roaming RM38;
   • You have no other active roaming passes; and
   • You have more than 48KB roaming data usage.
4. 24-Hour Roaming RM15 or 24-Hour Roaming RM38 will not be automatically activated and can be purchased through either:
   • MyUMobile app (for postpaid and prepaid subscribers); or
   • UMB *118# (for prepaid subscribers only).
5. The 24-Hour Roaming Passes will be valid for twenty-four (24) hours upon successful purchase. Upon expiry of any of the 24-Hour Roaming Passes, if you have not disabled roaming access on your devices and have not subscribed to 24-Hour Roaming RM15 or 24-Hour Roaming RM38 or any other roaming passes, 24-Hour Roaming RM15-Auto or 24-Hour Roaming RM38 - Auto will be automatically re-purchased for you.
    

Charges

1. Details of the 24-Hour Roaming Passes including charges can be found in the Table A above.
2. The 24-Hour Roaming Passes, all international roaming charges and availability of countries for roaming are subject to change, please refer to https://www.u.com.my/en/personal/mobile-plans/roam-travel/roaming#multi-day-roaming or MyUMobile app for the latest applicable charges and availability of countries for roaming before leaving Malaysia.
3. You will be charged on top of your monthly spend :
   1. once you have purchased the 24-Hour Roaming RM15 or 24-Hour Roaming RM38, or
   2. if international roaming data quota is not included in your postpaid or prepaid plan, where the 24-Hour Roaming RM15-Auto or 24-Hour Roaming RM38-Auto will be automatically purchased for you.

   To avoid unintended charges, you are responsible for disabling roaming access on your devices.



4. For Postpaid subscribers (except postpaid broadband subscribers, U Family 128), 24-Hour Roaming RM15 or 24-Hour Roaming RM38 will be available to all principal and member lines that have international roaming. Each principal line and member line will be charged separately based on the activation.
5. For Prepaid subscribers, you must ensure that you have sufficient credit before you go on roaming. As an example, if you wish to roam in Australia, you must ensure that you have at least RM15.00 credit available at the start of each 24-hour period, from the first time you use the internet on roaming in the country you are in. If you have insufficient credit, 24-Hour Roaming Pass will not be available to you, unless you perform a reload to ensure sufficient credit balance.
    

Internet Data

1. 1. The 24-Hour Roaming RM15-Auto or 24-Hour Roaming RM38-Auto are daily automatic 24-hour subscriptions which will commence upon detection of Internet usage at the destination country.
   2. The 24-Hour Roaming RM15 or 24-Hour Roaming RM38 are 24-hour subscriptions which will commence upon successful purchase.
2. For all 24-Hour Roaming Passes, you will enjoy 1GB High-speed roaming data. Once you have depleted the quota, you can still access the internet without incurring any additional charges at reduced speed up to 512kbps.
3. U Mobile reserves the right to revise the usage allowance and internet data speed from time to time.
4. Once you have exhausted the 1GB High-speed data, you have the option to repurchase 24-Hour Roaming RM15 or 24-Hour Roaming RM38 or purchase any of the available Multi-Day Roaming Passes via your MyUMobile app or via UMB by dialing *118#, or continue to use the internet at a reduced internet data speed.
5. You may check your internet data usage and expiry via your MyUMobile app (for prepaid and postpaid subscribers) or via UMB by dialing *118# (for prepaid subscribers only).
