Terms & Conditions

2. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes are available to all U Mobile Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers (principal and member lines) except for U Family 128 Principal and Shared lines, U Postpaid Lite plans and U Mobile postpaid broadband subscribers.
3. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes cannot be transferred to any other mobile numbers.
4. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes offered are based on the partnership with our preferred roaming network operator in selected countries Roaming | U Mobile
5. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes are provided according to the Terms of Service on our Postpaid Sign-Up Form or U Mobile Prepaid Terms and Conditions relevant to you. You must comply with those terms including the relevant service description, our Fair Usage Policy, Privacy Notice, the relevant postpaid or prepaid subscription plan and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms"), all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
6. We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change the Terms including the charges or list of network operators and countries without notice to you. This overrides any requirement where we may have to give you notice in other parts of our agreement with you.
7. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.
8. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes are available from 20 December 2024 until further notice.

Purchase and Activation

1. To enjoy the Multi-Day Roaming Passes, you must:
   1. Ensure that your international roaming service is activated before you travel; and
   2. Connect to our preferred roaming operator’s network when you are on roaming in eligible countries.
2. If you do not connect to any preferred roaming operator’s network, you will not be able to use the internet while on roaming.
3. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes purchased shall only be valid in the selected countries. Travelling to other countries (outside of the selected countries) will result in automatic subscription to either U Mobile’s U Data Roam 10 or U Data Roam 36 if you have not disabled roaming access on your devices.
4. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes will not be automatically activated and can be purchased through either:
   1. MyUMobile App (for postpaid and prepaid subscribers); or
   2. UMB *118# (for prepaid subscribers only).
5. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes will follow its respective validity (as specified in Table A) upon successful purchase.
6. If you have purchased two (2) Multi-Day Roaming Passes at the same time with different validity, the latest purchased Roaming Pass supersedes the existing Multi-Day Roaming Pass.

Charges

1. The detailed Multi-Day Roaming Passes’ structure and charges are as set out in Table A.
2. The Multi-Day Roaming Passes, all international roaming charges and availability of countries for roaming are subject to change, please refer to https://www.u.com.my/en/personal/mobile-plans/roam-travel/roaming#multi-day-roaming or MyUMobile App for the latest applicable charges and availability of countries for roaming before leaving Malaysia.
3. You will be charged on top of your monthly prepaid or postpaid charges once you have purchased any of the Multi-Day Roaming Passes.
4. For Postpaid subscribers (except U Family 128 & shared line, Postpaid Broadband subscribers), the Multi-Day Roaming Passes will be available to all principal and member lines.
   1. For U Postpaid 98 plan with FREE 15GB Global Roaming at 63 destinations, it will be utilized upon arrival at destination country. However, if you choose to purchase any of the Multi-Day Roaming Passes, the daily roaming quota will be drawn from the Multi-Day Roaming Pass first.
   2. For U Postpaid 68 plan with FREE 500GB or U Postpaid Borneo 68 with Free 200GB roaming in Singapore / Indonesia / Thailand, it will be utilized upon arrival at destination country. However, if you choose to purchase any of the Multi-Day Roaming Passes, the daily roaming quota will be drawn from the Multi-Day Roaming Pass first.
5. For Prepaid subscribers, you must ensure that you have sufficient credit before you go on roaming. As an example, if you wish to roam in Australia, you must ensure that you have at least RM10.00 credit available at the start of each 24-hour period, from the first time you use the internet on roaming in the country you are in. If you have insufficient credit, Multi-Day Roaming Passes will not be available to you, unless you perform a Prepaid reload to ensure sufficient credit balance.

Internet Data

1. For all of the Multi-Day Roaming Passes, you will enjoy 2GB High-speed roaming quota daily. Once you have depleted the daily quota, you can still access the internet without incurring any additional charges at reduced speed up to 512Kbps.
   U Mobile reserves the right to revise the usage allowance and internet data speed from time to time.
2. Once you have exhausted the 2GB High-speed roaming quota daily, you have the option to purchase Roaming 2GB (RM10/24 hours) to continue enjoying high-speed data roaming via your MyUMobile App, or continue to access the internet at reduced speed.
3. You may check your internet data usage and expiry via your MyUMobile App (for prepaid and postpaid subscribers) or via UMB by dialling *118# (for prepaid subscribers only).
