Terms & Conditions

  1. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) which will commence at 10:00:00 on 31 July 2024 and ends upon stock depletion (“Campaign Period”)
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use and all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
  3. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to eligible existing and new U Mobile Postpaid subscribers.
  4. Campaign Mechanics
    1. To participate in this Campaign, you must order a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 or Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 bundled with the U Postpaid 98 plan during the Campaign Period.
    2. For eligible existing subscribers, you are allowed to perform Change of Rate Plan (CRP) to sign up for U Postpaid 98 bundled with a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 or Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6.
  5. Reward
    1. Upon completion of the steps listed in paragraph 4 above, you will receive one (1) complimentary unit of Samsung Buds 3 (“Reward”). The Reward is only applicable for your order of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 or Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6.
    2. Each subscriber is only entitled to receive one (1) unit Reward.
    3. The Reward will be given on first come first served basis, subject to stock availability.
    4. The Reward cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
    5. The Reward is given on “As Is” and “As Available” basis without express or implied warranty and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, in full or in part. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the Reward with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
    6. Your purchased devices, the Reward and U Mobile SIM card (if any) will be delivered from 31 July 2024 onwards. However, U Mobile reserves the right to extend the delivery schedule.
  6. General
    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is the participant’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if the participant do not agree to any of the changes, they must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    3. All Reward are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
    5. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions, the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use and the Postpaid Terms and Conditions, the conflict will be resolved in the following order:
      1. the Postpaid Terms and Conditions;
      2. the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use; and
      3. these Terms and Conditions.
    6. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    7. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
