Tap the "Activate International Roaming" toggle to initiate the activation process.

Confirmation SMS

Wait for an SMS confirmation regarding your International Roaming activation.

Successful Roaming Activation

After a few seconds, refresh the app on the home screen, and you should see the toggle activated in "Settings".

  • For Family Share Plans, only the principal member can enable International Roaming for other members.​
  • Older plans require auto-debit to be enabled to activate International Roaming.​
  • Non-Malaysians must visit their nearest U Mobile Store to activate International Roaming.
