U POSTPAID PLAN WITH iPHONE 16 (SPECIAL CIMB EPP BUNDLE PROMOTION) (“Promotion”) is available from 13 September 2024 until 30 November 2024 (“Promotion Period”) to the following customers who are at least 18 years of age at the date of registration of the Promotion:
If you have an existing device contract and wish to switch to this Promotion, your existing contract will be automatically terminated as at the date of our acceptance of your subscription, and you are liable for any charges due to the termination of your existing contract. You must fully settle all outstanding charges under your existing contract before you can proceed with the registration of this Promotion. Any existing rebate that you are receiving from the existing device bundle will be forfeited when you switch to this Promotion.
This Promotion is only available at U Mobile Service Centre, nationwide.
This Promotion is open to activation within the Promotion Period or until the rebate (as specified in paragraph 2(c) below) quota is depleted (whichever comes first).
This Promotion is only applicable for U SaveMore (With OR No Upfront Payment) registration for new and existing customers or change rate plan (CRP) to the U Postpaid Plans specified in paragraph 1 (a) (iii) above. These terms and conditions will apply together with the U SaveMore terms and conditions, all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
All claims relating to the Device under this Promotion which are covered by the warranty, if any, should be referred to the relevant manufacturer.
If you terminate your U SaveMore or change to another rate plan at any time before the end of the Commitment Period, the following will apply:
If you terminate your U SaveMore Plan or change to another rate plan (downgrading) at any time before the end of the Commitment Period, you will be required to pay the balance of the subsidized price of the device (“Monthly Device Fees”).
