How can I participate in the Campaign?
To participate, you must transfer international airtime by following these USSD steps:
Dial *118*5# for the 5G-Ready Prepaid Rate Plan or *118*3# for other Prepaid Rate Plans.
Select a country, enter the recipient's mobile number, choose the transfer amount, and confirm the transfer.
What are the rewards in this Campaign?
Winners of the campaign will receive a bonus based on their international airtime transfer to specific countries (Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, and Pakistan). The amount of the bonus depends on the country and the airtime transfer.
How many winners will be selected?
A total of 3,000 winners will be selected per month throughout the campaign period.
How will I know if I won a bonus?
If you win, you will receive an SMS notification once the bonus is credited into your Prepaid account.
When will the bonus be credited to my account?
The bonus will be credited within 1 hour after a successful recharge transaction.
Are there any restrictions on the bonus?
The bonus is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and will expire if:
Your Prepaid account is terminated, inactive, suspended, or if you switch to a Postpaid plan.
You port out from the U Mobile network.
Is there a limit on how many times I can participate?
For Indonesia: A maximum of 2 transactions per participant during the campaign.
For Thailand, Cambodia, and Pakistan: No limit on the number of transactions.
What happens if I do not meet the eligibility criteria?
If your Prepaid account is not active during the campaign period or if you fail to meet the criteria, you will not be eligible to receive the bonus.
Can I exchange the bonus for cash or transfer it to another person?
No, the bonus is given "as is" and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else.
What should I do if I have issues or complaints with the Campaign?
For any issues, you may contact U Mobile’s customer service. U Mobile’s decisions regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
Can U Mobile change the terms of the Campaign?
Yes, U Mobile reserves the right to amend or terminate the Campaign at any time, and any changes will be communicated on the U Mobile website.
What happens if I terminate my U Mobile Prepaid account during the Campaign?
If you terminate your account, you will forfeit any pending bonuses.
What if I am under 18 years old?
Participants under the age of 18 are required to have obtained consent from their parents or guardians to participate in the Campaign.
