U Mobile Self-Registration is a fast and easy digital onboarding process through self-verification or electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) face recognition, information and document validations via MyUMobile AppMyUMobile App. The process is contactless and secure as all other registration forms.

Getting Started.

• Get your smartphone camera ready.
• Get connected to WiFi hotspot
• Download the MyUMobile AppMyUMobile App from Google Play Store, Apple App Store or Huawei App Gallery directly or by scanning the QR code on your U Mobile Starter pack to download the App.

Self-register your SIM card

Launch MyUMobile AppMyUMobile App and choose “New Line Self-Registration” and follow these steps:

1. Scan SIM barcode on top right corner of your SIM card to validate the SIM.
2. Scan ID Document to verify your identity details.
3. Facial recognition to match your ID.
